T.Worx Ventures (TWV) is a venture capital backed special purpose entity designed to identify, promote and sell unique technologies. A subsidiary of Technology Worx, Inc. (formerly Prototype Productions, Inc.), the company specializes in the license/sale of "niche" technologies with strong intellectual property. Many of the company’s products are the end result of a SBIR (Small Business Innovative Research) grant contract, entrepreneurial idea/design or a corporate joint venture. TWV serves many industries including defense technologies, software, biomedical and machining - with the promise of higher returns for the accredited investor.

Carl Wallace, CEO, T.Worx Ventures

Carl Wallace has been involved with the funding and development of technology focused government contractors for over twenty years. As CEO of T.Worx Ventures, Carl is responsible for the development and sale of unique technologies to the defense, information technology and bio-medical industries. He has been involved in the identification and development of countless technology firms assisting management in overcoming the many hurdles associated with capital access and government/commercial procurement. Prior to T.Worx Ventures, Carl was EVP and CCO for regional banks in the Washington DC area. He is a champion of the T.Worx Powered Rail technology and believes this company represents everything that is right with the American entrepreneur.
